Last week I flew out to visit my sister and her family in Buffalo. Sitting on a plane for five hours while 32 weeks pregnant wasn't very fun, but being able to spend six days with my family was wonderful. Melissa had our entire trip planned out. We went to Toronto for two days where we went up the CN tower, ate at Lexington Market, toured Casa Loma, and visited the coolest Zoo ever. We also stayed in the scariest motel (if it can even be called that) ever. This place had no heat besides a miniature space heater, one outlet for the iron, space heater, TV, cable box thing with only one channel, and clock, and no garbage can that we could find. Let me just say that we felt extremely out of place walking in as a mom with two children and a pregnant lady. It was definitely a night to remember. Overall Toronto was great. The weather held up OK and the boys behaved wonderfully pretty much the entire time.
It is pretty freaky standing on glass that far up in the air, but it only took Hugh a little while to get used to it.
There were random peacocks roaming the zoo's grounds. Hugh had fun harassing them.
I didn't know this, but jaguars come in black and tan and apparently tan is more common. They both have spots, you just can't see a black jaguar's spots very well.
In Toronto, cars don't merge, they squeeze
But at least they aren't confused about their gender like they are in Niagara Falls
