A Little Kara Update

Kara loves to help me do laundry. Whenever she hears a washer running, whether it be ours or our neighbor's (one of the things I look forward to not hearing when we buy a detached house one day) she pretends to be one. She shimmies back and forth and makes a "shh" sound. Adorable. Here's a video of it, plus a few of the words she can say.

Kara also love shoes, specifically my shoes. I think she likes the clicking sound they make on the hard floor because she keeps going back to it in the video. My favorite is when she prances around in high heels.

CHOCOLATE (she chants it when she spots it. and she is good at spotting any form of chocolate)

A few things she doesn't like:
getting her eyes wet (it's funny because she loves baths so much, but she hates when I wash her hair)
when I wipe her face off
diaper changes
sun in her eyes
floaties in her drinks

There's a little bit about my little Kara. She's growing up so fast!

Finally!

A few weeks ago we got a couple inches of snow so I jumped at the opportunity and ran around outside with Kara on her toboggan. She had a blast and it was pretty good exercise for me. I'm glad we went out because all the snow melted by mid-afternoon.



From the look of this picture maybe she won't fit in the toboggan next year.

It was probably the only time we'll use it outside. But I'd say one fun morning outside and a bunch of afternoons like this made it worth the $12:
